At the twenty-five function level the bowl carries the full set: automated seat cover heating, automated flush after you leave the seat, radar sensor open cover, bidet washing with adjustable water temperature and strength, warm wind drying, a self-cleaning nozzle, night light, remote control and power outage flushing.
The surface is doing work too. Starke Sauber is the anti-bacterial glaze fired into the ceramic rather than painted onto it, and Starke Siphon is the whirlpool flush that clears the bowl on up to 35% less water.
It needs power
Like every smart toilet, it runs on electricity and needs a supply near the bowl. In a wall-hung installation that is easier than usual, because the wall is already open. Where the socket goes.
