Smart toilet installation in Singapore, start to finish
Installation takes one visit. The old toilet bowl is hacked out and disposed of free of charge, the new one goes in, and the balance is collected once it is working. Delivery is free on orders of $300 and above including GST, and usually arrives within 7 working days when the model is in stock. Installation itself is quoted separately.
Two measurements
Before anything is ordered
Two measurements settle the fit, and both can be taken in a minute.
The setout is the distance from the finished wall behind your toilet to the centre of the waste outlet in the floor. Every freestanding Starke bowl fits S-trap setouts from 100mm to 350mm through the patented VersaFit multi-pipe trap, so the answer is usually yes. How to measure it.
The power is the other one. A smart toilet needs a supply near the bowl, and sorting that before the fitter arrives is what keeps this to a single visit. Where the socket goes.

The new bowl goes in
The trap is connected to the waste outlet where it already sits, which is why no pipework has to be moved for a standard replacement.
It gets tested before anyone leaves
The seat, the sensors, the nozzle and the flush all run before the job is called finished.
The money
Who pays for what, and when
A 25% deposit holds the order. The balance is collected after successful installation, not before, which means the money follows the working toilet rather than the other way round.
Installation is charged separately from the bowl. That is a deliberate choice: keeping it off the price means you are not paying for a fitter if you already have a contractor on site or a renovation running.

What is covered afterwards
Three years on the parts that do the work and one year on the parts you touch, with the first year free of charge entirely, parts, labour and transport. Using your own plumber does not affect it. The full terms.
Timing
Usually within 7 working days when the model is in stock, and your consultant confirms the date. Some of the range is made to order, in which case allow longer, and we will tell you which before you pay anything.
