Will it fit my bathroom?
This is the question almost everyone asks, so here it is answered up front rather than three clicks in.
Freestanding and wall hung are two categories
Converting an S-trap bathroom to a wall-hung WC is possible, and it is a discussion between the renovator and the owner. The two are separate categories rather than two versions of the same bowl, so it is worth settling which one you are buying before you pick a model.
Power, and where it has to sit
A smart toilet needs power near the bowl, and what yours needs depends on how the bathroom is wired. Send us a photo of your bathroom and we will tell you exactly what is involved.
A specialist can come and measure
Our specialists are able to come down and see whether the toilet bowl fits the space you have, before you commit to anything. Ask for it on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

A smart toilet runs on power, so it needs a supply near the bowl. Whether yours already has one, and what it would take to bring one across, depends on how the bathroom was wired.

Installation is quoted separately. That is deliberate: keeping it off the price means you are not paying for it if you already have a contractor on site, which many people mid-renovation do.
Delivery is free. Tell us on WhatsApp whether you want us to install it and we will quote that part.
Three to five working days when the model is in stock. If the one you want is not, we will tell you the date before you pay anything.
You pay a 25% deposit up front and the balance after it is installed and working.
