Do I have to pay in full?
No, you do not have to make the full payment. A deposit of 25% is needed. The rest of the payment will be collected after successful installation of the toilet bowl.
How does the installation process work? Is it free?
Installation is non-inclusive and there is a separate charge for installation. This is to keep prices low and affordable for customers who do not need installation.
Do you provide service to dispose and hack toilet bowls?
Yes we do. It will be free of charge.
How will I know if the toilet bowl is able to fit into the toilet? Are there any special installations needed?
Our specialists are able to come down to see if the toilet bowl is able to fit into the space required. However, our designer Egg toilet bowl has been custom designed to fit all toilet spaces.
If I am an interior designer and I would like to bulk order without installing, is it possible? Is there any partnerships available/ID discounts available?

Delivery
Is delivery free of charge?
Yes, delivery is free with every purchase of our products.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
It will take 3-5 working days if products are in stock. However, it may take up to 2-3 weeks if products are not in stock.
Product Enquiry
Can I still install wall hung toilet though my house drainage is for S-trap toilet bowls?
Yes, it is possible.
Do your provide wall hung bracket for wall hung toilet bowls?
Yes, every wall hung toilet bowl purchase comes with a wall hung bracket.
Do you do toilet seat replacements?
Right now, we do not provide toilet seat replacements, but only the whole toilet bowl itself.
Returns, Exchange & Warranty
How long does a warranty last?
Each warranty lasts for 3 years.
How do I claim my warranty?
Easy! Just email us at jolyne@starkeliving and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 2 business days.
Can I cancel the order if I change my mind?
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order or any item(s) in your order, please notify us at least 5 full business days before the date of agreed delivery and you will be refunded with no additional charges incurred. (Note: The day you inform Starke on the cancellation cannot be regarded as a business day in advance.)
Example: If your order is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday this week, in order to enjoy free cancellation, you will need to cancel the order before the end of last Thursday, assuming there is no public holiday in between.
Any cancellation within 5 business days of the agreed delivery date will be subjected to your deposit being forfeited. All refunds will take 7 business days to process and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. However, Starke reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
